If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund.

In order to process your return, please contact our Customer Service Team at store@fatbat.uk to obtain an RMA number.

You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from date of purchase.

Products must be in the same condition in which they were received, in the original box and/or packaging and with all of the original accessories.

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

**PLEASE NOTE**

If you are returning a phone, computer, or tablet please make sure you follow the directions below or the return/warranty will not be honored and will be returned to sender.

1. The iCloud account must be erased and restored to factory settings.
2. The serial/IMEI number must match what we have in our sales record.
